Bioregulator Immune / Thymic is supplied as three individually labelled vials of lyophilized powder, 20 mg per vial, each vacuum-sealed under nitrogen. Vilon is the smallest peptide in our entire catalog at two residues and roughly 275 Da, which makes it the most hygroscopic and the most sensitive to handling in the set. None of the three is pre-mixed, and with a preparation and two defined sequences in one kit, keeping them separate is a functional requirement.

Store the sealed panel at -20°C (-4°F) for long-term stability, where lyophilized vials remain within specification for up to 36 months. Short-term storage at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) is acceptable. Once reconstituted in sterile diluent, use within 14 days held at 2°C to 8°C. These ultrashort peptides are more hydrolysis-prone in solution than longer chains because a larger fraction of the molecule is exposed backbone, so reconstitute only what an experiment consumes.

Linkova and colleagues reported that the Thymalin preparation contains the dipeptides Lys-Glu and Glu-Trp, and Lys-Glu is Vilon, supplied here as its own vial. That makes the pairing a built-in deconvolution experiment, since a lab can run the preparation against one of its own components. Crystagen is the tripeptide Glu-Asp-Pro. All three act through gene regulation rather than receptor binding, and Khavinson and colleagues separately reported that the Lys-Glu peptide regulates SIRT1, PARP1 and PARP2 expression in mesenchymal stem cell aging.
