Bioregulator Immune / Thymic

Cellular Health ResearchCAS BlendPurity ≥99.0%

Abstract & Overview

Bioregulator Immune / Thymic groups three preparations associated with thymic and immune tissue research: Thymalin, Vilon and Crystagen. The set has an internal structural relationship the other panels lack. Linkova and colleagues reported in 2023 that the Thymalin preparation contains the dipeptides Lys-Glu and Glu-Trp, and Vilon is the Lys-Glu dipeptide supplied separately, so the kit contains both a preparation and one of its own constituents. Khavinson and colleagues reported Thymalin activating differentiation of human hematopoietic stem cells in 2020, and separately that the Lys-Glu peptide regulates SIRT1, PARP1 and PARP2 gene expression in mesenchymal stem cell aging. Crystagen is the tripeptide Glu-Asp-Pro. Research Use Only (RUO).

How to Read This Report: What Does This Graph Prove?
1. The Single High Peak

The tall spike at 1.80 minutes represents the active compound (Bioregulator Immune / Thymic). A single clean, tall peak confirms high concentration.

2. Purity Level (≥99%)

The total area under the main peak accounts for 99.65% of the material. This mathematically verifies the high-purity rating of the batch.

3. Flat Baseline (No Contaminants)

A flat baseline with no other notable spikes proves the complete absence of residual solvents, heavy metals, or chemical byproducts.

Mechanism & Signaling

Two of the three components are defined ultrashort peptides acting through gene regulation, and the third is a preparation containing one of them. Vilon is the dipeptide Lys-Glu and Crystagen the tripeptide Glu-Asp-Pro, both far too small for receptor engagement and described entering cells through amino acid and peptide transporters before influencing transcription. Research shows the Lys-Glu peptide specifically regulates SIRT1, PARP1 and PARP2 gene expression during mesenchymal stem cell aging, which names an actual transcriptional target rather than a general effect. Thymalin is a thymic polypeptide preparation containing Lys-Glu and Glu-Trp among other components, and Khavinson and colleagues reported it activating differentiation of human hematopoietic stem cells. Preparation and component in one kit is what makes this panel distinctive.

Primary Research Directions

1

**Preparation Versus Component Deconvolution:** Linkova and colleagues (2023) showed Thymalin contains the Lys-Glu dipeptide that Vilon supplies separately, letting one plate test how much of the preparation's effect a single peptide accounts for.

2

**Named Transcriptional Targets:** Khavinson and colleagues (2023) reported the Lys-Glu peptide regulating SIRT1, PARP1 and PARP2 expression in mesenchymal stem cell aging, an unusually specific endpoint for this family.

3

**Hematopoietic Stem Cell Differentiation:** Khavinson and colleagues (2020) reported Thymalin activating differentiation of human hematopoietic stem cells, giving a defined cellular readout.

4

**Monocyte and Macrophage Models:** Research shows proliferative and inflammatory pathway readouts in THP-1 systems suit this family, following the format Avolio and colleagues established.

5

**Mixed-Format Certification:** Studies indicate a preparation and a defined sequence require different analytical treatment, making this panel a practical case for handling both in one workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Scientific analysis and technical answers regarding the compounds.

01.

What is the primary grade of these compounds?

All compounds are analytical reference standards synthesized at a purity level of ≥99.0%, verified by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry.

02

Are these peptides intended for human consumption?

+

No. Under no circumstances is this material to be utilized for human diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational consumption. Research shows that administration to living organisms is strictly restricted to approved laboratory and in-vitro assays.

03

How does research show these peptides should be stored?

+

Research shows that lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but must be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, they must be kept at 2°C to 8°C and used within a limited window to prevent degradation.

04

What is reconstitution and what solvent should be used?

+

Reconstitution is the process of dissolving the lyophilized powder. Research shows that sterile bacteriostatic water or sterile physiological saline are the standard solvents used to preserve peptide stability and prevent microbial growth.

05

What does the HPLC chromatogram represent?

+

The HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) chromatogram represents the molecular purity profile of the batch. Research shows that a single dominant peak with a purity area of ≥99% indicates the absence of synthetic byproducts and contaminants.

06

Can these research compounds be combined in a single study?

+

Yes. Preclinical research shows that certain peptides, such as BPC-157 and TB-500, exhibit synergistic signaling pathways during tissue repair. However, dual administration must be carefully calibrated in laboratory models.

07

Why is molar mass and molecular formula variance important?

+

Molecular formula and molar mass are fingerprinted identifiers. Research shows that verifying these properties via Mass Spectrometry ensures the structural integrity of the peptide sequence, confirming it matches the reference standard.

08

What documentation is provided for regulatory compliance?

+

Every shipment is accompanied by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) containing HPLC purity verification, Mass Spectrometry structural validation, and safety data sheets (SDS) for laboratory compliance.
